On Saturday at our game versus Hengrove Athletic, the club was delighted to welcome our special guest for the day Ba Chungi – (Ladi)
Ladi has helped setup Young Vikings Football Academy in Zambia, his home country, moved to the UK in 2023 but still funds the project back home using money from his salary as an NHS nurse working at the RUH in Bath. Keynsham Town are looking into options to help with funding but on Saturday, Ladi was invited to the club to meet with representatives from our various sections who have donated footballs, football boots and kit and to also enjoy his first Keynsham Town home match.
