Keynsham Town Football Club is recruiting for the position of Reserve Team Football Manager.
Keynsham Town FC is seeking an ambitious and committed individual to take on the role of Reserve Team Manager ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Competing in Somerset County League Division 2, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our Reserve Team while playing a key role in the club’s player development pathway.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Lead and manage the Reserve Team in league and cup competitions
• Deliver enjoyable, high-quality training sessions and matchday management
• Work closely with the U18 Floodlit Team Manager and 1st Team Manager to support player progression
• Help identify, develop and retain talented players within the club
• Contribute positively to the culture and ambitions of Keynsham Town FC

• Able to work collaboratively with coaches, managers and volunteers across the club
• Knowledgeable about local football and player recruitment (desirable)
Coaching Qualifications
Previous management or coaching experience is desirable, but we would also welcome applications from ambitious individuals looking to take the next step in their coaching journey.
FA qualifications, safeguarding certification and DBS clearance are advantageous but not essential. Keynsham Town FC is committed to supporting coach development and will work with the successful candidate to obtain relevant qualifications where required.
