Daniel Money

It was with great sadness that the Club heard about the death of former member Daniel Money at the age of 27. Daniel had put up a brave fight in his battle with cancer and our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Daniel was a former junior player representing the Club from the age of 6-14, at which point he began to focus on tennis.

As well as being a talented sportsman, Daniel was a qualified Doctor and one of the nicest young men anyone could wish to meet.

As a mark of respect Keynsham Junior teams and their opposition held a minute’s silence at their matches last weekend and the 1st team will honor him at their game against Wells City this Saturday. We would like to thank the match officials, players and coaches from all Clubs who took part in these tributes to Daniel.
