Billy Brock – Shirt Presentation – 100 1st Team Appearances
On Saturday 28th December 2024, it was a very special day for our very own Billy Brock who marked his One Hundredth senior appearance for his hometown club.
Billy started with us in the under 6’s and has played at every step through the club to now lead the team as club captain.
We are very proud of this milestone achievement and one that may not be broken any time soon. In today’s modern game where money plays such a detrimental part and players move just to pick up the most money they can, Billy has stuck with his club, your club, our club, Keynsham Town.
On behalf of everyone at the club we thank Billy for his dedication and service and look forward to seeing him make his next 100 appearances!
A message from Billy’s Youth coaches, Andy Morse & Paul Gitsham
Billy always gave 100% in training and every game, a true clubman who epitomised dedication with a passion for learning the game.
Billy joined the club at U5 and played through the youth setup right up to U18 before joining the senior section. He was an absolute privilege to coach and quickly became a versatile player who could be counted on. He developed into a skilled and experienced young footballer, embodying everything we valued at the club and is now a well deserved club captain.
