Membership Details 2019/2020

If you are new to the club then help is at hand, so do not panic. You Manager will help you through the process. If you are returning then please check for any changes to the membership process for the coming season. The Manager for each age group will contact you to provide all the details regarding the signing on day, which this year will be Saturday 6th July and Sunday 7th July at the AJN Stadium in the lounge bar.

To make things easier for both yourself and the Manager please download and complete the forms below and bring them with you to your allocated teams signing on timeslot.

Club forms to complete:

Membership Form: which quotes the membership rates (same as last year).  This needs to be completed for all players as it includes the new Data Protection, Photo and Media consent details which have been introduced as part of the clubs Safeguarding policies.

Medical Form: which needs to be completed for all players and be retained by the manager and kept on hand at training and matches.

Payment

  • Cash: Always welcome
  • Cheques should be made payable to: Keynsham Town Junior Football Club
  • Bank Transfer is also available (ask your Manager for the Clubs bank details). If paying by bank transfer please include your child’s name and age group as the reference

Please note:

That where more than one child is registering per family, the oldest child pays the full rate for their age group and the younger child pays the sibling rate for their age group. Again ask you Manager if you are unsure.

If you are unable to pay in one instalment (Cash, cheque or bank transfer), you will need to speak to the Membership Secretary (your Manager will introduce you) at the allocated signing on day. They will be able to discuss and agree a payment plan with you. Payment plans are an exception rather than a default so please make sure you ask your Manager if you need some support.

AYL & HML forms to complete

These will be completed by your Manager. They will advise you of any photos you need to provide and any proof of age.
